These three dogs were brought in a three-wheeler by a woman and thrown out on the Church Road near Green Avenue, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. This incident was witnessed by street vendors and according to them it happened too fast and they are stunned to stop the vehicle. Since then these dogs have been up and down that road, suspicious of any stranger, not coming to eat.
