A 4 months-old female black Labrador puppy called Engen (pronounced In-gen), is suspected to have been stolen from owner’s house in Vijay Nagar, Single Storey, North Delhi (North Campus) between 4:00-5:00 pm on October 8, 2013. As per the owner, Engen was tied in the building’s 2nd floor common landing. The upstairs neighbours had complained about her being there, and shortly thereafter Engen disappeared along with her red collar and leash. It was impossible for her to have got loose on her own, she was taken, possibly by the long-haired stranger seen entering the building around the time she disappeared.
