A black male mixed breed Indian dog is found in Defence Colony, C Block (close to the Nala) in New Delhi on March 4, 2014. He was wearing a black collar and a metal Chain Leash and was roaming around without any orientation. He is very scared and nervous. A dog lover has rescued him and brought home for now. But the dog owner needs to be found immediately.
