This dog suddenly appeared on Feb 23, 2016 in Sector-57 Sushant Lok-3, Gurgoan, haryana. He keeps crying and whining, refusing to eat, all he wants is to be petted and comforted and to be taken indoors. Obviously he’s used to being a house dog.
