“Boss” 1-2 year Old Male Black Labrador Dog….was the life of soni family….BOSS was absconding since April 8,2016 , Chandigarh.
“He slipped quietly when mom by mistakenly left the gate open and boss walked away all alone “Said Mr Soni. They were worried of Boss being abducted or lost his way, days were filled with shock, terror, fear and “Well mind runs in its own ways”!.
They used all means to find Boss, they scourged all nearby areas and contacted Missing Dog Helpline. Missing Dog Helpline made it viral in social media and within few hours missing report is viewed by more than 9000 people in and around Chandigarh & Panchkula.
On Tuesday afternoon 12th April 2016, upon browsing facebook as usual, they came came across a post regarding some PG guys have found a dog resembling Boss. They had handed Boss over to Panchkula Police Station…No sooner the post was read, the Soni family rushed to the police station for identification. On reaching Police Station they claimed to have got a Dog and the Dog is moved to a Constables house due to lack of amenities in the Police Station for the Dog. Soni family left for the Constables house, on reaching the place, they saw boss waiting as if his owner going to come, on seeing Boss, they confirmed the Dog to be theirs, Boss jumped into their lap, as if he’s saying I missed you too……well tears overwhelmed their eyes on seeing him…….nothing is more happier than finding a lost family person …at that point of time. The Soni family was too happy, they thanked the Constable and the Policemen for their kind gesture, most of all they were thanking the guys who took the first step of humanity and compassion, As Mahatma Gandhi rightly said “The greatness of Nation and its moral progress can be found by the way its animals are treated”.
One side they were worried of abduction while on other side there were good guys too, who made sure that Boss reach to right hands …well said..two sides of a coin ……yes you Youth has done a great job,,, keep doing good and bring smile to many people….the Soni family thanked Missing Dog Helpline for quick service rendered. Boss underwent check-up by his doctor and is now fine and happy with his family. 🙂

A 1-2 years old male black Labrador dog “Boss” is missing from sec-37, Chandigarh since April 8, 2016.
“My mom by mistake leave the gate open and I think he slipped from the gate and go for walk. I think, afterwards someone abducted him from my area.“-Dog owner informed.
Boss is an untrained dog and understand general commands in Hindi. He was wearing a red collar with a leash attached when lost.
