Hi,
I have found a lost Labrador 3-4 month old on the streets near my office at Vellechery, Chennai. He was there for 3 days. As he is wearing a pink dog collar he don’t have any tags I can’t identify the owner. What are other ways of finding owner? I am not sure if he have micro chip on him. He is very weak right now and don’t eat anything except milk I have even tried chicken. I didn’t bath him because today it is cold and rainy he is too weak I don’t think he will survive if I bath him. I love dogs but I can’t keep him in my home for long as all of us go to work and it is difficult to take care of him. If you have any contact at Chennai who can help me find owner/shelter for this dog it would be really great.
