A female golden Labrador retriever do was spotted in Vikas Puri near Hastsal, West Delhi- 110 058 on Nov 12, 2015. She seems like a recently lost dog. She is wearing a red dog collar and a red vermilion tika on her forehead. She is healthy and active.
