A less than 1 year old brindle female Indian dog “Harley” is missing from Vikaspuri, New Delhi since afternoon hours on April 7, 2016.
As per the dog owner Harley was in the car and jumped out of the open window. The person with her in the car tried to follow her but she ran away. She was wearing a mustard tick collar at the time of incident.
