A 2-4 years female Pekingese dog “Billo” is missing from Meera Bagh red light, New Delhi since April 12, 2016.
“We were coming from the pet doctor in a white i20 Car. On Meera Bagh red light, suddenly a rickshaw walah hit the car. I went our of car to see the dent and forgot to close the door. Billo managed to escape through the open door.” -Dog owner informed.
Billo was wearing a dark blue dog collar and a leash at the time of incident.
