A German Shepherd Dog found running on the road between Pepsi Factory & New Bus Stand, Dharwad, Karnataka at 8: 15 pm on 02-11-2013. This dog was in a shock and running along with the road with heavy vehicular movement. We stopped our car and tried to rescue but it was too dark. Se approached the dog but it seems that the dog understands command in local language “Kannada” as it did not respond our standard commands in English . We did not follow much to avoid any road accident due to heavy vehicular movement on the road. The dog was collared but the colour is not confirmed.
