“A Cream White Labrador (1-2 years old) was found in Sector 71, Mohali at 06:00 am on December 15th, 2016. The dog was wearing a green dog collar, and was roaming around near Smart Wonders School, sector-71 Mohali. The dog seemed to be semi trained. I sheltered him and provided water and Pedigree but the dog is extremely sad and crying for his owner.
I am trying to keep him calm and I am roaming around in the sector to find his owner but I am unable to locate anybody of his known.”
