A 4-6 years old male Siberian Husky dog “Czar” has been missing from Maharani Bagh, last spotted near Bhogal, New Delhi since December 23, 2016.
“Czar had gone for a walk with a member of staff and he was let loose in the park by him. Czar was ushered off by stray dogs and charged outside the colony. He crossed the main road where he was spotted by a guard in Bhogal area who described him perfectly. I suspect someone to have taken him there as he is a generally very friendly and non-violent dog.” -Dog owner informed.
Czar is a trained dog and he was wearing a red dog collar at the time of incident.
