A 2-4 years old female Indian dog “Bhuri” is missing from A-24 Ambad MIDC, Nashik since Sep 7, 2015.
On Monday the 7th of September 2015 evening at around 6:00 p.m. Bhuri ran out due to some noise created by the neighbouring temporary unit in A-24 Ambad MIDC. Bhuri has never stepped out of my compound since her birth and not even for a walk and is about 2-3 years old. After running out she was chased by strays. My watchman chased her but couldn’t keep up so went to get his bicycle & when he got back she was nowhere to be seen. They looked for her until the 15th (day 9) when they finally told me.
I live in a different city (Mumbai) but visit my factory often. Since then I have inserted leaflets in the newspapers, enquired with various Nashik based dog organisations and searched myself. Nashik has received record rainfall & flooded last week plus the Kumbh mela which is a very busy religious festival s going on though it does not affect the manufacturing areas much.
Please help me find Rani (our watchman called her Bhuri). She is extremely shy, doe eyed with little white paws, a white chest, neck & cheeks & a smiley face. She was wearing a red collar which may have been removed. Her ear may have a V shaped cut in it if the municipality found and spayed her. They may have dropped her off anywhere. – dog owner informed Missing Dog Helpline
