Casper is missing from Chandigarh
A male Pug dog Casper is missing from Sector 16-D, Chandigarh since Dec 23, 2013. Casper is a seven years old, fawn coloured pug and wearing a red coat at the time of incident. Owner has informed Missing Dog helpline that they have already filed an FIR.
