A mix breed dog “Dipper” is missing from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand since Aug 29, 2014. Dipper is black & white, furry and short mix breed male dog. He is 8 years old.
“We had to travel somewhere so we kept him at a known person’s place. Dipper ran away from there” Dog owner informed Missing Dog Helpline.
As per the dog owner, they searched for Dipper almost all nearby veterinarians, animal hospitals and clinics but there is no trace of Dipper so far. They contacted JAWS but they said they don’t have enough manpower and set up to help find missing pets. They go out for a routine search early in the morning on daily basis and ask joggers, local shops but none of them have been of any help.
“Being a small city it appears almost impossible to avail any aid from communities or health departments.”- owner continued.
