A 2-4 years old female Indian dog “Jebo” is missing from Caranzalem, Panjim, Goa since Nov 20, 2014. As per the dog owner, Jebo was walking off leash on the beach. A big group of young men suddenly appeared. She mostly got frightened and ran from there. Jebo was wearing a blue dog collar at the time of incident.
