This male golden Labrador retriever is found in Dwarka Sector 11, New Delhi, in the morning hours of May 24, 2015. He is about 2 years old and healthy. He is healthy but infested with ticks and fleas. The dog responds to basic commands and looks like a trained dog. This could be a runaway or dog abandoning case.
