Good News!Β Missing desi dog “Penny” finally reunited with family in Gurgaon after 16 days.
Dear friends,
We found Penny today. As I took the right turn to Vyapar kendra, I looked towards the immediate left turn and down the road. At the far end, I saw a black dog getting friendly with some people( auto waalas). I just knew it was Penny. I reversed the car and took the left turn, went straight down, and I was joyful. Yes, she was Penny. I got off the car and screamed Pennnyyyyy, embraced her and shoved her in the car. Then the autowaalas were telling me that she was very friendly and that they thought she was somebody’s pet. They fed her biscuits but she didn’t eat. I thanked them and went off with Penny. Here are some LATEST photos of BADMAASH PENNY.
I want to thank Missing Dog Helpline as they gave me hope to find Penny.
Message to all families “Never give up hope. Get flyers. Tell autowaalas, Chaiwaalas, give them posters, put posters in various colonies with an Award. It will bear fruit. Good luck and good wishes.

[OLD POST]
A 4-6 years old female Indian dog “Penny” is reported to be missing from opposite Vipul square, Sushant Lok-1, Sector-28, Gurgaon, Haryana since March 3, 2106.
“Penny is a Desi dog. I had picked her off the road as a puppy and got her adopted. However the family abandoned her after 6 months. So I gave her to a lady to keep at her office in Gurgaon. Penny started staying outside the office, next to the chaiwaala since then (2011). She was regularly fed by another lady. She never used to go beyond her lane. I feel somebody known has picked her up and left her elsewhere in Gurgaon as I feel it is a dog hater’s job (probably the chaiwaala or someone) who probably found her barking a nonsense. It is urgent to find her as she cannot fend for herself as she has been fed since a baby. She could be anywhere in Gurgaon. Please help.”
