A female Lhasa Apso dog Phoebe is missing from Kolatheri Road, Petta, Cochin, Kerala – 682038 since Feb 14, 2014. The dog owner has informed Missing Dog Helpline that Phoebe wasn’t on the leash when she got lost. The dog owner has a big house and another dog as well. The watchman had left the front door open and she wandered out. She used to go out a little distance and come back by herself. The owner takes her for regular walks so Phoebe knows the streets well.
