REFUND POLICY:

a. Subscription Charges for Business Listing:
Subscribers are charged based on the subscription plans they select. In the event that a subscriber wishes to discontinue their listing after it has gone live, we offer refunds on a prorated basis. The refund calculation is as follows:

Subscriber pays Rs 1000/- (A) for a 12-month (B) listing subscription.
After 6 months (C), the subscriber opts to terminate the subscription.
The refund is calculated as (A/2) – ((A/2) x (C/B)), resulting in a refund of Rs. 250/-
b. Advertisement Charges for On-Page Advertising:
Subscribers are billed based on the advertisement plans they choose. If a subscriber wishes to cease their advertising campaign after it has been initiated, we provide refunds on a prorated basis. The refund calculation is as follows:
Illustration:
Subscriber pays Rs 1000/- (A) for a 30-day (B) advertising campaign.
After 20 days (C), the subscriber decides to terminate the advertisement.
The refund is calculated as (A/2) – ((A/2) x (C/B)), resulting in a refund of Rs. 167/-
c. Premium Listing for Missing Dogs:
Please be aware that premium listings for Missing Dogs are non-refundable. We advise users to carefully assess their requirements and exercise discretion before opting for this service.

Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 days from the date of the refund request.
