Β Reunion Story of Timon, A Cocker Spaniel Dog
This baby’s story has an unbelievable ending but thankfully a happy one!
About a year ago, Timon (that is his name as we’ve just discovered) wandered out of the open gate of his home and disappeared. His heartbroken family searched for him everywhere, put up posters, made a police complaint, posted on the Internet, they followed every lead about any cocker spaniel found or up for adoption, but in vain. That is, until now! They saw a post about our cocker (whom we had named Lucky), they contacted the foster parent and came across to visit with pictures of him as he was when he was stolen. Although Lucky/Timon doesn’t look quite as he did when he was stolen it was obvious he was theirs: he knew his name, he knew his family and when his foster parent accompanied him and his family to their home, he instantly knew his old home and was delighted to be back again! God know what horrors little Timon has seen and suffered in the year he was missing, and God knows how he ended up at the shelter, but thank God he did! And thank God his family never gave up on him! Their perseverance has given their baby back to them and their baby is in his own home again, safe, his family around him, never to be parted from them again!
If only all lost dog stories ended as happily as this one!

Earlier Post: Foster/forever home for American Cocker Spaniel Lucky – Delhi/NCR
This tiny little fellow was recently abandoned at a shelter – he had a large maggot wound on his jaw, perhaps that’s why he was abandoned! The wound has been cleaned and is healing very well. Daily dressings and cleaning for a few days more are still necessary and ongoing, otherwise he is in good health. Presently in foster care, Lucky, this small-sized male American cocker spaniel needs a very loving forever home! His foster parent says he’s an absolute darling, very, very loving, wants to be hugged and cuddled all the time! You can’t leave him alone even briefly, he gets hysterical if you do, so he needs a home where he’ll have human company all the time. Lucky’s true age is unknown but the vet says he’s not more than 5 years old. He’s an active little fellow, well behaved, understands and obeys some commands. Please call 9899624824 if you’d like to give this cuddle-some baby a home. Pre-adoption house checks and other adoption formalities are mandatory. His present foster parent can’t keep him for more than two days so an immediate foster home is the need of the hour. Location: South Delhi
