A 4-6 years old mixed breed white dog with brown patches “Sandy” is missing from Lakshmi Nagar, New Delhi since Feb 8, 2015 at around 10 a.m.
“Sandy usually sit outside home at around 11 a.m. But on Feb 8, 2015, he disappeared after 15 minutes. I don’t sense kidnapping because he is not an expensive breed.” –informed the dog owner.
