A white male Pomeranian dog Tuffy is missing from Khar (W), Mumbai 400052 since Feb 1, 2014. The dog owner has informed Missing Dog helpline that they had kept Tuffy in a foster care since they were shifting their residence. The person of foster care claims that Tuffy was tied outside and broke the leash and ran away. The owner assumes that Tuffy was without collar at the time if incident. Tuffy is a very docile dog and is timid when he is on the road. He has a slight swelling on his neck behind the skull which he has made into a wound due to constant scratching.
